Could you get more classic than a Mac N Cheese? We’ve used OGGS® Whole Egg Alternative to make this bad boy totally plant-based!

PREP TIME 30 mins


  • 120ml OGGS® Whole Egg Alternative
  • 400g macaroni pasta
  • 100g shredded vegan cheese (we like Violife)
  • 400ml plant-based milk (soy works great)
  • 1/2 tsp crushed garlic or 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 30g breadcrumbs


  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C Fan (200°C / Gas 6).

  2. Cook the macaroni as per cooking instructions on pack.

  3. Mix the OGGS® Whole Egg Alternative with the milk, half the cheese, mustard, salt and pepper and spices in a bowl.

  4. Add the cooked pasta back into the pan.

  5. Pour the OGGS® mixture into the pan.

  6. Keep stirring until the liquid has thickened and coats the pasta.

  7. Pour into an oven proof dish.

  8. Top with the rest of the cheese then the breadcrumbs.

  9. Bake for 15-20 mins until the top is crispy and golden brown.
