Could you get more classic than a Mac N Cheese? We’ve used OGGS® Whole Egg Alternative to make this bad boy totally plant-based!

Ingredients
- 120ml OGGS® Whole Egg Alternative
- 400g macaroni pasta
- 100g shredded vegan cheese (we like Violife)
- 400ml plant-based milk (soy works great)
- 1/2 tsp crushed garlic or 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 30g breadcrumbs
Method
- Preheat the oven at 180°C Fan (200°C / Gas 6).
- Cook the macaroni as per cooking instructions on pack.
- Mix the OGGS® Whole Egg Alternative with the milk, half the cheese, mustard, salt and pepper and spices in a bowl.
- Add the cooked pasta back into the pan.
- Pour the OGGS® mixture into the pan.
- Keep stirring until the liquid has thickened and coats the pasta.
- Pour into an oven proof dish.
- Top with the rest of the cheese then the breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 15-20 mins until the top is crispy and golden brown.
