  • 50ml OGGS® Whole Egg Alternative
  • 50ml Plant-based milk alternative
  • Vegan butter
  • Vegan grated cheese (we love Violife!)
  • Choice of fillings
  • Salt and pepper

    Fry off your favourite fillings in a small frying pan in some melted vegan butter.

    Combine the OGGS® Whole Egg Alternative and plant-based milk and pour into the pan.

    Gently heat and scramble until halfway cooked.

  • 4

    Pour over the grated vegan cheese.

  • 5

    Continue cooking for a couple more minutes before folding over half the omelettes and cook for another few minutes before serving.
