OGGS® Full English Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 150ml OGGS® Whole Egg Alternative
  • 2 Vegan smoked bacon rashers
  • 2 Vegan cumberland sausages
  • 100g Button mushrooms
  • 50g Cherry tomato on vine
  • 1 Hash browns
  • 100g Baked beans
  • 10ml Oil
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch Pepper

Method

    Heat a pan, add oil and sauté mushroom keep aside. In the same pan add sausage and cook until an even brown colour all around. Place them in an oven tray. In a pan gently heat the baked beans.

    Put the vegan bacon in an oven tray, along with the hash browns.

    Heat the oven to 160°C and place both trays in and cook for 10 mins.

    Place the cherry tomato on vine in the oven for 4 mins.

    In a hot pan, cook OGGS® Whole Egg Alternative, while stirring it for at least 3 mins, season.

    Plate all the items on a plate and serve hot.
