OGGS® Carbonara


  • 30ml OGGS® Whole Egg Alternative
  • 110g Spaghetti
  • 50g Plant-based bacon lardons
  • 100ml plant-based cream or milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 50g Plant-based parmesan alternative
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil
  • 1/2 onion

    Cook the spaghetti as per cooking instructions on pack.

    Fry the chopped onion, garlic and lardons together with a tbsp of oil.

  • 3

    Mix the OGGS® Whole Egg Alternative with the milk and paprika in a bowl.

  • 4

    Add the cooked pasta onto the pan with the lardons and onion on medium heat.

  • 5

    Pour the OGGS / milk mix into the pan and let it come to a boil.

  • 6

    Keep stirring until the liquid has thickened and coats the pasta.

  • 7

    Top with your favourite vegan cheese and parsley.
