OGGS® Breakfast Burritos


  • 100ml OGGS® Whole Egg Alternative
  • 1 Tortilla wrap 10 inch
  • 50g Rocket
  • 50g Avocado
  • 50g Vegan grated cheese (we love Violife!)
  • 1 Vegan Cumberland sausage
  • 5 ml Oil
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch Pepper

    Heat a pan, add oil and sausage. Cook until an even brown colour all around. Place it in an oven at 160c for 10 mins.

    In a hot pan, cook OGGS® Whole Egg Alternative while stirring it for at least 3 mins. Season, put aside.

    In a wrap, place OGGS® Whole Egg Alternative, vegan sausage, rocket, Violife non-dairy cheese & avocado. Roll it.

    Heat some oil and sear the tortilla wrap all around.

    Cut the wrap and serve hot.
