OGGS® Clover Club Cocktail


  • 20ml OGGS® Aquafaba
  • 50ml gin
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 15ml raspberry syrup
  • Garnish: 3 raspberries

    Add the gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and OGGS® Aquafaba into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

    Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

    Garnish with raspberries.

    TOP TIPS: Add 200g of sugar and 120ml of water in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Reduce the heat to low and add 60g of fresh raspberries and macerate into a pulp. Fine strain to remove the berry seeds. Optionally add 15ml vodka as a preservative and refrigerate in a jar until ready to use.
