Ingredients
- 25ml vanilla passionfruit puree
- 25ml lime juice
- 50ml Havana rum
- 25ml pineapple juice
- 20ml OGGS Aquafaba
Method
- Fill two small tumblers with ice
- Add all of the ingredients into a dry shakeR (no ice)
- Give the shaker a good shake for 15 seconds
- Add 4 cubes of ice and continue to shake for another 15 seconds
- Strain over your prepared glasses and use a spoon to tease out any spare froth at the bottom
