Tropical Sour

Ingredients

  • 25ml vanilla passionfruit puree
  • 25ml lime juice
  • 50ml Havana rum
  • 25ml pineapple juice
  • 20ml OGGS Aquafaba

Method

  1. Fill two small tumblers with ice
  2. Add all of the ingredients into a dry shakeR (no ice)
  3. Give the shaker a good shake for 15 seconds
  4. Add 4 cubes of ice and continue to shake for another 15 seconds
  5. Strain over your prepared glasses and use a spoon to tease out any spare froth at the bottom
