OGGS® Carbonara

Ingredients

  • 50ml Scrambled OGGS
  • 112g Spaghetti
  • 50g Plant-based bacon lardons
  • 100g sliced mushroom
  • 2 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • 50g Plant-based cheese alternative
  • 60ml Plant-based milk alternative
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. Cook the spaghetti as per cooking instructions on pack
  2. Lightly fry off the mushroom, garlic and plant-based bacon lardons and season with salt and black pepper
  3. Combine the Scrambled OGGS, grated plant-based cheese alternative and the plant-based milk alternative in a jug
  4. Once the spaghetti is cooked al dente, drain the water, add back to the pot and stir in the mushroom mixture before pouring over the Scrambled OGGS mixture and combine until fully coated
  5. Once plated up sprinkle with chopped parsley and drizzle over a little olive oil
