
What could be more classic than an omelette for breakfast? How about an OGGlette for breakfast?! We’ve combined OGGS® Whole Egg Alternative with some plant-based ham and sundried tomatoes for this one, but add whatever toppings you’re in the mood for!

Ingredients
- 200ml OGGS® Whole Egg Alternative
- Olive oil
- Plant-based cheese (we love Violife!)
- Choice of filling
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Warm a non-stick frying pan on medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil
- Pour the OGGS® Whole Egg Alternative in
- Add salt, pepper and your filling of choice (ours is filled with spinach, sundried tomatoes, vegan ham and plant based cheese)
- Cover the OGGlette with a lid and cook on low heat for 5-8min
- Fold in half once the bottom is golden and the top is firm and cooked
