Ingredients

  • 50ml Scrambled OGGS
  • 50ml Plant-based milk alternative
  • Plant-based butter
  • Plant-based cheese
  • Choice of filling
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Fry off your favourite fillings in a small frying pan in some melted plant-based butter
  2. Combine the Scrambled OGGS and plant-based milk, then stir with a fork to aerate the mixture before pouring into the pan
  3. Gently heat and scramble until halfway cooked
  4. Pour over the grated plant-based cheese alternative
  5. Continue cooking for a couple more minutes before folding over half the omelettes and cook for another few minutes before serving
