Ingredients

  • 100ml Scrambled OGGS
  • Plant-based butter
  • Plant-based cheese
  • Choice of filling
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Fry off your favourite fillings in a small frying pan in some melted plant-based butter
  2. In a measuring jug measure 100ml of Scrambled OGGS. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and pour into the pan

    Optional: add a pinch of baking soda here to help get a fluffier omelette!
  3. Gently heat and scramble until halfway cooked
  4. Pour over the grated plant-based cheese alternative
  5. Continue cooking for a couple more minutes before folding over half the omelettes and cook for another few minutes before serving
