OGGlette (Vegan Omelette)

What could be more classic than an omelette for breakfast? How about an OGGlette for breakfast?! We’ve combined Scrambled OGGS with some plant-based ham and sundried tomatoes for this one, but add whatever toppings you’re in the mood for!

SERVES 1

Ingredients

  • 200ml Scrambled OGGS
  • Olive oil
  • Plant-based cheese
  • Choice of filling
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Warm a non-stick frying pan on medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil

  2. Pour the Scrambled OGGS® in

  3. Add salt, pepper and your filling of choice (ours is filled with spinach, sundried tomatoes, vegan ham and plant based cheese)

  4. Cover the OGGlette with a lid and cook on low heat for 5-8min

  5. Fold in half once the bottom is golden and the top is firm and cooked
