Ingredients
- 50ml Scrambled OGGS
- 50ml Plant-based milk alternative
- Plant-based butter
- Plant-based cheese
- Choice of filling
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Fry off your favourite fillings in a small frying pan in some melted plant-based butter
- Combine the Scrambled OGGS and plant-based milk, then stir with a fork to aerate the mixture before pouring into the pan
- Gently heat and scramble until halfway cooked
- Pour over the grated plant-based cheese alternative
- Continue cooking for a couple more minutes before folding over half the omelettes and cook for another few minutes before serving
