
This simple and speedy vegan recipe is a great way to use OGGS® Aquafaba, especially if you need to whip up something scrummy for your mates.

SERVES 36 minis or 12 large muffins
Ingredients
- 100ml OGGS® Aquafaba
- 110g vegetable oil
- 290g sugar
- 220ml plant-based milk
- 70g cacao
- 270g flour
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Method
- Mix together the oil, sugar, milk, vanilla and OGGS® Aquafaba
- Add the cacao, flour, baking powder, bicarbonate and salt
- Mix everything together
- Line a muffin tray with cases then fill them up
- Bake for 15 mins at 180°C Fan (200°C / Gas 6).
