OGGS® NY Sour Cocktail


  • 20ml OGGS® Aquafaba
  • 50ml whisky
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 5ml sugar syrup
  • 2 dashes angostura
  • 10ml red wine floating

    Add all the ingredients into the shaker.

    Dry shake with 1 ice cube.

    Wet shake vigorously.

    Double strain and just before serving slowly pour the red wine over the back of a bar spoon so that the wine floats on top of the drink.
