OGGS® Dark Chocolate Mousse


  • 400ml OGGS® Aquafaba
  • 200g dark vegan chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 80g caster sugar
  • 150ml vegan cream

350g less

    In a bowl, whip cream with sugar, vanilla essence and keep aside.

  • 2

    Melt the chocolate and fold into the cream.

  • 3

    In a seperate bowl, whip OGGS® Aquafaba to stiff peaks and fold into chocolate mix.

  • 4

    Portion it into bowl and refrigerate to set before serving.
